10 Best SE Visible Alternatives for AI Visibility Tracking (2026)

SE Visible is SE Ranking's standalone AI visibility tool, and on prompts per dollar it's hard to beat. $99 a month gets you 200 prompts across five AI engines, refreshed daily, with unlimited seats.

So why do people look elsewhere? The teams we talk to usually hit one of three walls. Claude is still "coming soon". The tool shows where you're missing but leaves the fixing to you. And the split between SE Visible and SE Ranking's AI Search add-on makes it hard to tell what you're actually paying for.

These 10 SE Visible alternatives close one or more of those gaps. Each one gets the good and the bad. Checked September 2026.

Full disclosure: we build Orchly, and it's one of the tools on this list. We've used most of the others ourselves, some notes come from customers who switched to us, and the rest come from G2 and other user reviews. You'll find strengths and weaknesses for every tool, ours included.

1. Orchly: best SE Visible alternative to turn AI visibility gaps into published work

Orchly AI visibility overview showing AI Visibility Score, Share of Voice, sentiment, average position and a competitor leaderboard
AI visibility, share of voice and competitors in one view

SE Visible tells you how often AI engines mention you and which sources they cite. Orchly tracks the same things, then its agents write the content, run the outreach and flag the site fixes that move those numbers.

Most people who switch from SE Visible to us aren't unhappy with the tracking. They've just reached the point where a list of lost prompts isn't enough, and nobody on the team has time to act on all of it.

More engines, real answers

  • Claude today. SE Visible still lists Claude as coming soon. In Orchly, Claude and Grok are available now as add-ons, next to Gemini and AI Mode.
  • Answers from the real interfaces. Prompts run daily through ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews the way a buyer uses them, not through a cheaper API.
  • Prompts with context. Every prompt is tagged branded or non-branded, and commercial, informational or transactional, so you can see where you lose new buyers.

From sources to a contact list

SE Visible's Sources report is good. Its Coverage column shows the share of answers citing each domain, and which tracked competitors appear there.

  • Mention Gap. Orchly reads each cited page and lists the ones that name your competitors but not you. That's your outreach list.
  • Activation Agent. It finds those publishers, plus the Reddit threads and YouTube videos AI cites, drafts the pitch and sends it from your own Gmail, Zoho or SMTP inbox after you approve.

Perception and fact check, not just a sentiment score

  • Perception. See the attributes AI links to your brand and the objections it raises, with a head-to-head against any competitor.
  • Fact check. Brand Brain holds your approved facts on pricing, products and policies. Each AI claim about you is marked Supported, Contradicted or never mentioned.

Agents that write, publish and fix

  • Content Agent. Turns lost prompts and decaying Search Console pages into article and refresh tasks, drafts them in your brand voice, and publishes to WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Wix, Sanity or Ghost once you approve.
  • Site Health Agent. Audits your pages for technical SEO and AI search issues, ranked by priority, with a suggested fix for each.

Google data without a second subscription

SE Visible covers AI answers only. For Google, you'd add the SE Ranking suite. Orchly includes daily keyword rank tracking plus Search Console and GA4 clicks, conversions and revenue in the same workspace.

Where Orchly falls short

  • Fewer prompts per dollar. SE Visible Basic gives you 200 prompts and 3 brands for $99. Orchly Essential gives you 25 prompts and 1 site for $49, and Pro 100 prompts and 3 sites for $125. If raw prompt volume is all you need, SE Visible wins.
  • Engines and seats cost more. SE Visible includes Gemini and AI Mode on every plan with unlimited users. In Orchly they're add-ons, and Essential has 1 user.

Pricing: Essential $49/month (25 prompts, 20 articles, 1 site, 1 user). Pro $125/month (100 prompts, 50 articles, 3 sites, 5 users, AI traffic analytics, custom agents, white-label reports, API). 7-day free trial.
Best for: teams that want AI visibility tracking plus the content, outreach and fixes that improve it.

See Orchly pricing or start a free trial.

2. Peec AI: best for a cleaner like-for-like tracker

Peec AI dashboard

Peec AI is the closest swap for SE Visible. It's a focused tracker with daily data, unlimited seats and a source analysis that marketers find easy to read.

It has shipped a lot in 2026. AI Referrals, which pulls AI sessions, conversions and revenue from GA4, launched on September 11, and Brand Perception with fact checks followed the same month.

Peec is popular with in-house teams and agencies that want a clean dashboard without the SEO suite around it.

Why switch from SE Visible

  • More than monitoring numbers. Actions scores source clusters by opportunity, and Brand Perception shows attributes, objections and fact checks.
  • Traffic from AI. AI Referrals ties visibility to GA4 sessions and revenue, which SE Visible doesn't do.
  • Engine choice. You pick your 3 engines from ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Copilot, Gemini and Perplexity, so Copilot is an option.

Where it falls short

  • Three engines per plan. Every self-serve tier caps you at 3 models. Claude and Grok are premium upgrades on higher tiers or Enterprise.
  • Far fewer prompts. Starter covers 50 prompts. SE Visible Basic covers 200 for about the same money.
  • You still do the work. Actions is a backlog of ideas, and there's no content writing or outreach.

Pricing: Starter about €85/month (50 prompts), Pro about €205 (150), Advanced about €425 (350). USD pricing shows $95/$245/$495. 7-day trial.
Best for: teams that want a focused tracker with perception and GA4 data.

3. Otterly.AI: best for Copilot coverage on a small budget

Otterly.AI dashboard

Otterly.AI starts at $29 a month and includes Microsoft Copilot, which SE Visible doesn't track at all.

It's a common first AI visibility tool for small businesses and solo marketers. Unlimited seats, a GEO audit and link citation reports come on every plan.

Otterly added a Claude add-on in June 2026 and Agent Analytics for AI bot visits in August.

Why switch from SE Visible

  • Cheaper to start. Lite costs $29 for 15 prompts if you just want to watch a handful of questions.
  • Copilot and Claude. Copilot is included, and Claude is available today as a paid add-on.
  • GEO audit and bot data. A page-level GEO audit and AI bot logs add context SE Visible doesn't give you.

Where it falls short

  • Fewer prompts at the same price. Standard costs $189 for 100 prompts. SE Visible Core costs $189 for 450.
  • Add-ons stack up. AI Mode, Gemini and Claude cost extra, so all 7 engines on Standard come to about $416 a month.
  • Monitoring only. No content, publishing or outreach, and reviewers mention sentiment that misreads neutral mentions.

Pricing: Lite $29/month (15 prompts), Standard $189 (100), Premium $489 (400). 7-day trial.
Best for: small teams that need Copilot or want to start very cheap.

4. LLMrefs: best for the most engines at a flat price

LLMrefs dashboard

LLMrefs has one plan at $79 a month that tracks up to 500 prompts across 10 engines: ChatGPT, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, Copilot, Meta AI and DeepSeek.

That's more prompts and more engines than SE Visible Basic for less money. The catch is cadence: dashboards update weekly, not daily.

It's keyword-first. You add keywords, and LLMrefs generates prompts from them and estimates prompt volume.

Why switch from SE Visible

  • Claude and Copilot included. No add-on fees for any engine.
  • Unlimited projects and seats. You're not capped at 3 brands.
  • Low price. $79 a month, with a 7-day trial and no card.

Where it falls short

  • Weekly data. SE Visible refreshes daily, so you'll see changes later.
  • Pricing may move. The $79 plan is marked "limited time."
  • Thin analysis. Scores lack sentiment context, and there's no content or outreach.

Pricing: $79/month, up to 500 prompts, all listed engines. 7-day free trial.
Best for: budget buyers who want every engine and can live with weekly data.

5. Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit: best for teams already on Semrush

Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit dashboard

Semrush's AI Visibility Toolkit costs $99 per domain a month billed yearly and covers ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini and Perplexity.

It's the natural move if your SEO team already lives in Semrush. Prompt research draws on a database of more than 261 million prompts, and you can see prompts where competitors are cited and you aren't.

Adobe closed its acquisition of Semrush on April 28, 2026, so expect the toolkit to tie more closely into Adobe's marketing stack.

Why switch from SE Visible

  • Prompt research with volume. Pick prompts from real demand data instead of guessing.
  • Suite depth. Keyword, backlink and site audit data from one of the biggest SEO databases.
  • Competitor gaps. See which prompts cite competitors and not you.

Where it falls short

  • Only 25 prompts per domain. Extra prompts cost $60 per 50, so matching SE Visible's 200 prompts gets expensive fast.
  • Priced per domain. SE Visible covers 3 brands at $99. Semrush charges per domain.
  • No Claude on standard plans. Claude and Copilot sit in Enterprise AIO.

Pricing: $99/month per domain, billed yearly (25 prompts). Semrush One bundles from $199/month.
Best for: Semrush customers who want AI data next to their SEO data.

6. Ahrefs Brand Radar: best for market-wide research without setup

Ahrefs Brand Radar dashboard

Ahrefs Brand Radar works from an index of hundreds of millions of modeled prompts. Type in any brand and you see its AI visibility instantly.

That's a different model from SE Visible, where you choose and track your own prompts. It's great for sizing up a market or a competitor you've never tracked.

Grok was added in April 2026, and Ahrefs has since added prompt-based AI Overviews and AI Mode indexes plus a citation API.

Why switch from SE Visible

  • No setup. Look up any brand or competitor in seconds.
  • Wide engine coverage. AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Grok.
  • Sold standalone. The AI index no longer needs a paid Ahrefs plan.

Where it falls short

  • Modeled prompts. They're built from keyword data, not the questions your buyers ask. Custom prompts cost from $50 a month and need a paid Ahrefs plan.
  • Expensive for full coverage. $199 a month per platform, or $699 for all.
  • No trial. You pay to find out if it fits.

Pricing: AI index from $199/month per platform, $699 for all platforms. Custom prompts from $50/month. Confirm at checkout.
Best for: market research and competitor lookups.

7. Promptwatch: best for tracking plus content on a mid budget

Promptwatch dashboard

Promptwatch combines prompt tracking with crawler logs, Search Console data and a Content Agent that writes articles from your gaps.

It's one of the fastest-moving tools here. The Content Agent reached every plan in July 2026, a WordPress plugin followed in August, and custom dashboards arrived in September.

The team raised a €6M seed round in July 2026.

Why switch from SE Visible

  • Claude and Grok available. Pick 4 models per plan from a list of 9 that includes both.
  • Crawler logs. See which AI bots visit your site, which SE Visible doesn't show.
  • Content on paid tiers. Professional includes 5 AEO articles a month.

Where it falls short

  • Four-model cap. You choose 4 engines, not all of them, and there's no Copilot.
  • Fewer prompts. Essential covers 50 prompts with 1 seat for $95.
  • Content needs editing. Reviewers say drafts still need work before publishing.

Pricing: Essential $95/month (50 prompts), Professional $245 (150), Business $579 (350). 7-day trial.
Best for: small teams that want tracking, crawler data and some content in one tool.

8. Rankscale: best for flexible, credit-based tracking

Rankscale dashboard

Rankscale charges in credits instead of fixed prompts, and it covers more engines than almost anyone here, including Claude, Grok, Copilot, DeepSeek and Mistral.

Each engine query costs about 0.25 credits on the main engines, so Pro's 1,200 credits track up to 4,800 answers a month. You decide how to spread them.

It suits technical marketers who like to tune cadence and engine mix per prompt.

Why switch from SE Visible

  • Far more engines. 17 or more, where SE Visible has 5.
  • Control over cost. Track some prompts daily and others weekly, and unused credits roll over.
  • Low entry. Essentials starts at $20 a month.

Where it falls short

  • Credit math. Tracking many prompts daily across many engines burns credits quickly, so budgeting takes work.
  • Monitoring only. No content, outreach or site fixes.

Pricing: Essentials from $20/month, Pro $99 (1,200 credits), Growth $385, Enterprise $780. 7-day trial on Pro.
Best for: marketers who want every engine and fine control over spend.

9. Knowatoa: best for simple tracking with built-in agents

Knowatoa dashboard

Knowatoa tracks ChatGPT, AI Overviews and AI Mode on Starter, and adds Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Meta AI on Growth.

It's aimed at small teams that want visibility, citations and sentiment alerts without a steep learning curve.

In May 2026 it added agents on Growth, including a writer and a social media agent.

Why switch from SE Visible

  • Claude on Growth. All 7 engines, including Claude and Meta AI.
  • Agents included. Growth adds AI agents plus API, MCP and Looker Studio.
  • Unlimited sites. You're not tied to a brand count.

Where it falls short

  • Starter is narrow. Only ChatGPT, AI Overviews and AI Mode, with a weekly digest.
  • Question limits aren't published. Hard to compare with SE Visible's 200 prompts without a sales chat.

Pricing: Starter $59/month, Growth $199/month, Enterprise custom.
Best for: small teams that want Claude and simple agents at a mid price.

10. Trakkr: best for multi-brand teams that want Claude and Grok

Trakkr dashboard

Trakkr covers 8 engines on every plan, including Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI, and adds article credits for content.

Its Scale plan targets agencies with 10 brands, a white-label client portal on your own domain and unlimited seats.

That makes it a real alternative for the small agencies that choose SE Visible for its multi-brand pricing.

Why switch from SE Visible

  • Claude and Grok on every plan. No waiting and no add-ons.
  • White-label portal. Clients log in on your domain with no Trakkr branding.
  • Content credits. Growth includes 25 articles a month.

Where it falls short

  • 50 prompts per brand. SE Visible gives you far more prompts per brand.
  • No AI Mode or Copilot. Google's AI Mode isn't tracked, which SE Visible covers.
  • Young vendor. We found few independent reviews and no meaningful G2 presence yet.

Pricing: Growth $100/month (1 brand, 50 prompts, 3 seats), Scale $500 (10 brands, white-label, API). 14-day trial.
Best for: small agencies reselling AI visibility under their own brand.

11. Scrunch: best for technical AEO on your site

Scrunch dashboard

Scrunch tracks 7 engines on every plan, including Claude and Meta AI, and adds agent traffic monitoring and AXP, which serves AI-optimized versions of your pages to bots.

It costs more than SE Visible, but it goes further into how AI crawlers read your site.

Sitecore acquired Scrunch in June 2026, so expect a stronger push toward larger marketing teams.

Why switch from SE Visible

  • Claude included. All 7 engines on every plan.
  • Site-side fixes. AXP and page audits address how bots see your content.
  • Personas. Track answers for different buyer types.

Where it falls short

  • Higher floor. Starter is $300 a month with 3 seats, versus unlimited seats on SE Visible.
  • AXP takes engineering time. It's a project, not a toggle.
  • Weak reporting. G2 reviewers say exporting and client reporting are hard.

Pricing: Starter $300/month ($250 yearly, 350 prompts, 3 seats), Growth $500. 7-day free trial.
Best for: teams with developer help who want to optimize how AI crawlers read their site.

What changed at SE Visible in 2026

  • Daily refresh. Earlier reviews, including Profound's, describe weekly updates. SE Visible now says all prompts refresh daily.
  • A bigger top plan. Plus costs $355 a month for 1,000 prompts and 10 brands.
  • More markets. It now covers the US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain in five languages. An early G2 reviewer noted it only covered the US and UK.
  • Prompt Research. Shows mention rate, position, share of voice and intent by prompt.
  • API and MCP. SE Ranking opened API access on all its plans and launched a remote MCP server.
  • A long roadmap. SE Ranking's 2026 plan promised Looker Studio reporting, competitor suggestions, gap analysis, Reddit and YouTube tracking and user roles. Claude is still listed as coming soon.

When to stay with SE Visible

  • You need lots of prompts for little money. 200 prompts across 5 engines for $99 is among the best rates here.
  • You track several brands. Basic covers 3, Core 5 and Plus 10, with unlimited seats.
  • You already pay for SE Ranking. The AI Search add-on, $89 a month, includes SE Visible access.
  • Your team does the content and outreach itself. If you only need the data, SE Visible delivers it.

If it's the whole SE Ranking suite you're rethinking, our guide to SE Ranking alternatives covers the SEO side too.

Which SE Visible alternative should you choose?

  • You want gaps turned into content and outreach, not just tracked: Orchly.
  • You want a similar tracker with a cleaner dashboard: Peec AI.
  • You want every engine for under $100: LLMrefs or Rankscale.
  • You run a small agency with many brands: Trakkr.
