Yes. Each report covers one website, so you create one per site or client. Essential includes 1 website and Pro includes 3; Enterprise plans can cover more.
What format are the reports delivered in?
A report is a clean, branded web page at its own link that reads top to bottom like a deck. Share the live link, open it on a call, or download it as a PDF to attach to an email or drop into slides.
Can I customize report templates and branding?
You choose the title, the data sources (AI Search, Organic Search, Keyword Rank and Social Listening) and the time period. On Pro and above you can white-label reports with your own logo and name, so they look like your agency's work.
How often can I generate reports?
As often as you like. Many agencies share one live link per client with a rolling window like Last 30 Days, so the report is always current without rebuilding it each month.
What AI platforms are tracked in the reports?
Reports include whichever AI engines you track. ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity are included on every plan. Gemini, Google AI Mode, Grok and Claude are available as paid add-ons, and Microsoft Copilot is tracked too.
Can I export reports to other formats?
Yes, every report can be downloaded as a PDF. You can also copy the link to share a live version, and the Views column shows how many times a shared report has been opened.
