Your clients have started asking a new question: "Why does ChatGPT recommend our competitor?"
The AgencyAnalytics 2026 benchmarks found 66% of agencies see more client demand for AI search optimization. It's now the top new service clients ask for.
So you need an AI search visibility tool that works for agencies. That means fair pricing per client, clean client reports and ideally something that helps you deliver the work, not just report on it.
We compared 11 tools on exactly that. Checked September 2026.
A quick disclosure: we make Orchly, an AI search optimization platform, and it's included here. We've tested most of these tools hands-on, and for a few we're relying on what agency customers who switched from them told us. Every tool gets its strengths and weaknesses, ours too, because that's what makes a list like this useful.

1. Orchly: best AI search visibility tool for agencies that deliver the results
Most tools on this list help you report AI visibility to clients. Orchly also helps you improve it, which is the part clients actually pay a retainer for.
Every client gets its own workspace. Orchly tracks their prompts daily in the real ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews interfaces, with Gemini, AI Mode, Claude and Grok as add-ons.
Built for running many clients
- A workspace per client. Prompts, competitors, integrations and agents stay separate, so client data never mixes.
- Fast onboarding. Orchly reads the client's site and suggests topics, prompts and competitors. Setup takes about ten minutes.
- Team access by client. Invite teammates as Admins or Members and choose which client workspaces each one can open.
Reports with your logo on them
- White-label reports. Add your logo and agency name once, and every shared report carries your branding. See how white labeling works.
- One report, every channel. Combine AI search, Search Console, keyword rankings and Reddit and YouTube listening in one live link or PDF. You can even see how often a client opened it.
SEO and AI search in one place
Clients still ask about Google rankings. Orchly tracks keywords daily by country and device, next to Search Console and GA4 data for the same client.
That means one tool instead of six tabs when a client asks a question.
Agents that do the delivery work
- Content Agent. Drafts articles and refreshes in each client's brand voice, and waits for your review before publishing.
- Activation Agent. Finds the sites, Reddit threads and YouTube videos AI cites, then sends outreach from your inbox after you approve.
- Site Health Agent. Audits each client's pages for technical and AI search issues, with a suggested fix for every one.
This is where your margin is. The same team can handle more clients when agents do the first draft of the work. More on Orchly for agencies.
Where Orchly falls short
- 3 sites on Pro. Bigger portfolios need Enterprise.
- White-label covers reports, not the whole app. If you want a fully branded client login on your own domain, SE Ranking or Trakkr do that.
- Add-on engines. Gemini, AI Mode, Claude and Grok cost extra.
Pricing: Pro $125/month (100 prompts, 3 sites, 5 users, white-label reports, API). Enterprise for larger portfolios. 7-day free trial.
Best for: agencies that sell AI search results, not just reports.
See Orchly pricing or start a free trial.
2. Peec AI: best for agencies with many small clients
Peec AI has dedicated agency plans built on a shared credit pool, with unlimited team and client seats and one invoice.
You buy credits, then spread them across client projects however you like. One prompt on one model for one day uses one credit.
It's popular with boutique agencies. Peec pitches its Growth plan at agencies managing 3 to 10 clients and Scale at 11 to 25 or more.
What we like
- No per-seat fees. Unlimited team and client seats means you never pay extra to give a client a login.
- Free pitch projects. They sit outside your client quota, and you can convert one into a paid client project once the prospect signs.
- Reporting you can hand over. Every agency plan has API and MCP access, plus Looker Studio templates you clone per client.
- Support people mention. G2 reviewers often call out the founder-led support over Slack.
Where it falls short
- The credit math adds up. With three engines, one prompt uses about 90 credits a month, so a 10,000-credit plan covers roughly 111 prompts across all clients.
- No custom-domain white-label. Branded reporting runs through Looker Studio, not a branded app.
- Monitoring first. Rankability's review notes minimal guidance on how to improve, so the delivery work is still on you.
Pricing: agency plans from about $245/month (Essential, 10,000 credits), per Semrush's July 2026 agency roundup. Confirm at checkout.
Best for: boutique agencies managing 3 to 25 clients.
3. SE Ranking + SE Visible: best white-label platform on a budget
SE Visible tracks 200 prompts across 3 brands for $99. Pair it with SE Ranking's Agency Pack and you get a white-label platform on your own domain.
SE Visible handles prompt tracking. SE Ranking handles the agency side, with your colors, logo, domain and reports sent from your email.
In July 2026, SE Ranking added an AI results section to its Report Builder that you can brand. SE Ranking says more than 40,000 agencies use it.
What we like
- Low cost per brand. It works out to about $33 to $38 per brand across the SE Visible plans, with unlimited seats and daily data.
- A real branded platform. The Agency Pack puts the whole platform on your own domain, not just your reports.
- Prospecting built in. A lead generator widget runs an on-page SEO check for site visitors, which helps you win new clients.
- Good value, per reviewers. G2 reviewers say SE Ranking covers "80-90%" of what the big suites do at half the cost.
Where it falls short
- Two products stitched together. White-label lives in SE Ranking and prompt tracking lives in SE Visible, so the full stack means the suite, the AI Search add-on and the Agency Pack.
- Engine gaps. There's no Claude (listed as coming soon), Copilot or Grok yet.
Pricing: SE Visible from $99/month (200 prompts, 3 brands). Agency Pack from $69/month, billed yearly.
Best for: agencies that want a fully branded client platform without a big bill.
4. Otterly.AI: best for unlimited client workspaces
Otterly.AI gives you unlimited workspaces on Standard and up, and its Agency Partner program adds extra prompts and pitch workspaces.
Workspaces launched in November 2025. Each client sees only their own workspace, and you decide how many prompts each one gets.
It's a common first tool for agencies just starting to offer AI visibility reporting.
What we like
- Easy setup. G2 reviewers keep mentioning how quickly they got going and the insights they got.
- Partner perks. Agency Partners get more prompts, pitch workspaces for prospect audits and a directory listing.
- Branded reports in Looker Studio. The connector, API and MCP come with Standard and Premium.
- One invoice. All client workspaces bill together.
Where it falls short
- The workspaces are free, but the prompts aren't. Every client shares one pool, so 20 clients on Standard is about 7 prompts each.
- No native white-label. Otterly says plainly it has no native white-label, and the interface and URLs can't be customized.
- Engines cost extra. AI Mode, Gemini and Claude are paid add-ons, and some reviewers find the dashboard cluttered.
Pricing: Standard $189/month (100 prompts, 150 with Agency Partner status). Premium $489/month (500 prompts with Partner status).
Best for: agencies starting AI visibility reporting across many small clients.
5. Profound: best for agencies with enterprise clients
Profound's Agency Mode gives you isolated client workspaces and pitch workspaces that generate industry prompts automatically.
Its agency plan still appears to be sold, even after Profound dropped its self-serve brand plans in September 2026.
It suits agencies with a handful of big-name clients who already know the Profound brand.
What we like
- Fast pitch workspaces. They build industry prompts on their own and return data in 24 to 48 hours. You get 10 a month.
- Clean client separation. Each client workspace is isolated, and you see all of them from one dashboard.
- A respected name. It carries weight in enterprise pitches.
Where it falls short
- Linear, steep pricing. At $399 per client workspace, five clients cost over $2,000 a month. Rankability calls the agency math hard to defend below about five paying clients.
- Limited on Growth. Growth covers only ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews. The API, Workflows and Content are Enterprise only.
- No white-label. A white-label client portal isn't publicly documented.
Pricing: $99/month base plus $399 per client workspace (100 prompts each).
Best for: agencies with a few large clients.
6. Scrunch: best for agency partnerships
Scrunch's agency program includes role-based access, guest access per brand, a Data API and up to 20% referral commission.
It's built around partnership. You get prospecting licenses, co-marketing funds and a free seat on client accounts you refer.
Sitecore acquired Scrunch in June 2026, so expect it to lean further toward enterprise marketing teams.
What we like
- Unlimited seats. Your whole team and each client's guests can get access.
- Good partner perks. Referral commission and co-marketing money help if you want to resell.
- Pitch workspaces included. Agency Core includes three of them, per third-party reviews.
Where it falls short
- Few brands for the price. Agency Core is $500 for three client brands, about $167 each, per third-party reviews.
- Reporting is the weak spot. G2 reviewers say there's "no good way to generate reports," so many agencies use outside tools for client decks.
Pricing: Agency Core $500/month (3 client brands, per third-party reviews). Agency Enterprise custom.
Best for: agencies that want a referral partnership.
7. Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit: best for agencies already on Semrush
Semrush tracks 25 prompts per domain, and My Reports Pro adds white-label reports on a custom domain.
Adobe closed its acquisition of Semrush in April 2026. For agencies, the toolkit sits next to the Semrush SEO data you probably already use.
It also has an Agency Partner Program with lead matching.
What we like
- Familiar. Teams already in Semrush don't have to learn a new tool.
- White-label reports. My Reports Pro adds your branding, a custom domain and share links.
- Flexible updates. Data refreshes daily, weekly or monthly across ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini and Perplexity.
Where it falls short
- Pricing is linear. Twenty clients costs about $1,980 a month before seats, reports and extra prompts.
- Only 25 prompts per domain. Extra prompts cost $60 per 50 and extra users start at $45 a month, and reviewers flag that stacking as the main agency blocker.
Pricing: $99/month per domain, billed yearly. White-label reports $20/month each.
Best for: agencies already paying for Semrush.
8. Trakkr: best for fully branded client portals
Trakkr lets you run AI visibility on your own domain, with branded emails and zero Trakkr branding.
Your clients log in at something like ai.youragency.com and only see what you scope for them.
It's aimed at agencies that want to resell AI visibility as their own product.
What we like
- Eight engines on every plan. That includes Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI.
- A real client portal. Scale includes the white-label portal, custom domain and unlimited seats.
- Quick pitch audits. Trakkr says you can run one for a prospect in about 60 seconds.
- Simple per-brand cost. Scale works out to $50 per brand, and extra brands are $50 a month each.
Where it falls short
- 50 prompts per brand. That ceiling holds until Enterprise, and there's no AI Mode or Copilot.
- Young vendor. We found few independent reviews, and it has no meaningful G2 presence yet.
Pricing: Scale $500/month (10 brands, 50 prompts each), or $5,000/year. 14-day free trial.
Best for: agencies that resell under their own brand.
9. Search Atlas: best for agencies that want automated fixes
Search Atlas offers white-label dashboards from Pro and client portals on its Agency plan. Its OTTO pixel can push SEO fixes to client sites.
It's a full SEO suite first, with AI visibility as one module. That suits SEO agencies more than pure AI search shops.
What we like
- Real execution. OTTO makes on-site changes for you, and reviewers praise the time it saves.
- White-label from Pro. Branded dashboards start at Pro, with client portals and more capacity on Agency.
- Strong review scores. It holds 4.7 on both G2 and Capterra.
Where it falls short
- AI visibility is one module. Engines depend on plan, Perplexity and Copilot start at Pro, and there's no Claude.
- Live-site changes. OTTO edits client sites with JavaScript, which some clients and developers won't accept.
- Billing complaints. Trustpilot reviews mention billing and cancellation issues.
Pricing: Pro $319/month. Agency from $999/month (10 seats, 10+ projects).
Best for: SEO agencies adding AI visibility.
10. AthenaHQ: best agency program for reselling
AthenaHQ's agency program includes pitch-ready workspaces, GEO certification and discounted licenses to resell with your services.
You also get an Agency Growth Manager, monthly office hours and lead routing to certified partners.
It keeps shipping, too. In August 2026 it added Shopping Pages, ChatGPT Ads reporting and coverage for 185 markets.
What we like
- 11 engines. It's one of the widest engine lists here.
- A lot of partner support. Certification, a growth manager and lead routing help if AI search is a new service for you.
- Happy users. G2 rates it 4.9.
Where it falls short
- Credits burn fast. G2 reviewers describe burning through a month's allocation in the first week, so per-client cost is hard to predict.
- Sales-only agency pricing. You can't see what the agency plan costs without a call, and some features are Enterprise only.
Pricing: Starter $295/month (3,600 credits, about 10 prompts across 11 engines daily). Agency pricing on request.
Best for: agencies that want certification and co-selling.
11. Ahrefs Brand Radar: best for prospecting
Ahrefs Brand Radar lets you look up any brand's AI visibility instantly, with no setup. That's great for pitching a prospect before they sign.
It works from a huge index of modeled prompts, so you don't need to create a project first.
Agencies already on Ahrefs use it mostly for sales calls and market research. Grok was added in April 2026.
What we like
- Instant market data. Look up a prospect and their competitors during a sales call.
- Wide engine coverage. AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Grok.
- Works with Report Builder. You can pull Brand Radar charts into Ahrefs reports.
Where it falls short
- Modeled prompts. They're built from keyword data, not your client's real prompts. Custom prompts cost extra and need a paid Ahrefs plan.
- No white-label. Ahrefs branding stays on reports.
Pricing: AI Visibility Index from $199/month, custom prompts from $50/month. Confirm at checkout.
Best for: pitching new clients.
What agencies should look for
- Cost per client. Workspaces are often free, but prompts aren't. Divide the prompt pool by your client count.
- White-label. Branded reports are the minimum. A branded client portal is a bonus.
- Pitch workspaces. Show a prospect their AI visibility before they sign.
- SEO data in the same tool. Clients still ask about Google.
- A way to deliver. Content, outreach and fixes are where your retainer comes from.
Why AI search is now an agency service
- Clients want it. 66% of agencies see more demand, per AgencyAnalytics.
- Explaining eats time. A Scrunch and Scribewise survey found 71% of agencies spend more time explaining AI search than doing it. Clear reports help.
- Budgets are growing. Conductor found 94% of enterprises plan to increase AEO and GEO spending in 2026.
- Traffic is real. BrightEdge data shows ChatGPT referral traffic more than doubled from January to August 2026.
