How to invite your team and set roles

Invite teammates to your workspace and give each person an Admin or Member role. A guide to members, roles, and workspace access in Orchly.

Updated on June 13, 2026

Orchly is easier when your whole team is in it: the SEO lead, the writers, and the people who just want to see the reports. You invite people by email, choose a role for each, and pick which workspaces they can reach.

Open Settings, then the Team tab.

Who can invite people

Inviting and managing members is an Admin action. If you do not see the Add Member button, ask an Admin on your team to send the invite.

Invite a teammate

On the Team tab, click Add Member. A panel opens where you can invite one or several people at once. For each person, fill in:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Role, either Admin or Member
  • Workspace access, where you pick at least one workspace they can open

To invite more than one person at a time, click Add Another Person and fill in another row. When everyone is listed, click Send Invites. Each person gets an email with a link to join.

Workspace access is required

Every invited member needs at least one workspace selected. If you leave it empty, Orchly asks you to choose one before the invite can send.

Roles

There are two roles. Pick based on how much control someone needs.

RoleWhat they can do
AdminFull access, including managing integrations, billing, and inviting or removing teammates
MemberWorks inside the workspaces they are given access to, without account-level admin controls

Manage existing members

The Team tab lists everyone, with a status next to each name. Invited people show as Pending until they accept, and your own row is marked You. The counter near the top shows how many seats you are using, such as 2 of 5.

Open the menu beside any member to:

  • Resend Invitation if a pending invite was missed
  • Edit Member to change their role or workspace access
  • Remove Member, or Cancel Invitation for someone who has not accepted yet
Out of seats?

If you hit your plan’s member limit, Orchly prompts you to upgrade before adding more. You can review limits and upgrade on the billing and plans page.
