10 Best AI Search Visibility Tools for Ecommerce (2026)

AI traffic to US retailers grew 393% year over year in the first quarter of 2026.

That's Adobe data, reported by TechCrunch. The bigger surprise: in March, those AI visitors converted 42% better than everyone else. A year earlier they converted 38% worse.

Shoppers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Gemini what to buy. On Amazon they ask Alexa for Shopping, and on Walmart they ask Sparky.

So the question for an ecommerce brand isn't only "does AI mention us?" It's which of your products get picked, at what price, from which store, and which competitor gets the slot when you don't. We compared 10 tools that answer some or all of that. Checked September 2026.

Quick note before you start: we build Orchly, and it's on this list. We've used most of these tools ourselves, a few notes come from ecommerce customers who moved over from them, and the rest comes from G2 and user reviews. Each tool gets real pros and cons here, Orchly included.

1. Orchly: best AI search visibility tool for ecommerce brands to win product recommendations

Orchly ChatGPT shopping visibility showing product appearances, share of voice and competing products
Your products in ChatGPT shopping answers

Orchly is an agentic AI search optimization platform. For an online store, that means three things in one place.

It tracks your brand and your products in AI answers every day. It shows the sources and facts behind those answers. Then its agents write the product and category content, run the outreach and fix the site issues that get you picked more often.

Answers are captured from the real ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews interfaces, not a cheaper API. Gemini, AI Mode, Claude and Grok are add-ons.

See which products AI recommends

  • ChatGPT shopping visibility. Track which of your products appear in ChatGPT shopping answers, their position and share of voice, and which competing products take the slot instead.
  • Price checks. Orchly compares the price AI quotes with your catalog price. A stale price in an AI answer costs you the sale before the shopper reaches your site.

Product-level analytics with catalog price vs AI price
  • The searches behind the pick. Query fan-outs show the background searches AI runs before it recommends a product, like "best trail running shoes under $150" or "most breathable running shoes."
  • ChatGPT ads. See which advertisers show up on your shopping prompts, now that ChatGPT ads run in more than 60 countries.

Catch wrong prices and policies

  • Fact check. AI answers often get return windows, shipping costs, sizing and prices wrong. Orchly checks each answer against Brand Brain, your approved product, pricing and policy facts, and marks claims Supported or Contradicted.

  • Perception. See the attributes AI ties to your products, like "durable" or "runs small," and the objections it raises.

Get into the reviews and listicles AI trusts

  • Mention Gap. Product answers lean on review sites, "best of" roundups and gift guides. Mention Gap lists the cited pages that name your competitors but not you.

Roundups and review pages that skip you
  • Reddit and YouTube. Social listening finds the Reddit threads and YouTube reviews about your products and category, and flags the ones ranking in Google or AI answers.
  • Activation Agent. Drafts outreach to those publishers and reviewers and sends it from your inbox after you approve.

Tie it to revenue

  • AI traffic analytics. On Pro, see AI crawler visits and real shoppers arriving from ChatGPT, Perplexity and others, by page.
  • GA4 and Search Console. Revenue and conversions sit next to your AI visibility and Google rankings, so you can see which product pages actually sell.

Write the pages that get cited

The Content Agent turns prompts you're losing into tasks: buying guides, category pages, comparison pages and refreshes to product content. It drafts in your brand voice and publishes after you approve. See how it fits ecommerce teams.

Where Orchly falls short

  • No retail assistants. Orchly doesn't track Alexa for Shopping (formerly Rufus) or Walmart Sparky. If most of your sales happen on Amazon or Walmart, look at Goodie or LLM Pulse.
  • No Shopify publishing. The Content Agent publishes to WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Wix, Sanity and Ghost. On Shopify, you copy drafts over yourself.

Pricing: Essential $49/month (25 prompts daily). Pro $125/month (100 prompts, AI traffic analytics, 5 users). Gemini, AI Mode, Claude and Grok are add-ons. 7-day free trial.
Best for: DTC and ecommerce brands that want to track their products in AI answers and win more of them.

See Orchly pricing or start a free trial.

2. Profound: best for enterprise retail and SKU-level ChatGPT Shopping

Profound dashboard

Profound has one of the deepest ChatGPT Shopping trackers. It follows visibility SKU by SKU, with the citations and keywords behind each product.

Its "Merchant Layer" shows which retailers and direct stores own the checkout for your products, and how share splits between them. That matters when Amazon or Target wins the click on your own product.

Profound raised a $180M Series D at a $1.8B valuation in September 2026. Its buyers are large retailers and consumer brands with an analyst to run it.

What we like

  • SKU and merchant detail. You see which products appear, how AI describes them, and which store the shopper gets sent to.
  • Feed guidance. It points to the feed fields and structured markup that decide whether ChatGPT identifies and tiles your products correctly.
  • Engine coverage. Enterprise covers nine engines, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot and Claude.
  • Crawler logs. Agent Analytics reads your CDN logs to show which AI bots crawl your product pages.

Where it falls short

  • No self-serve plan. Since mid-September 2026 it's a free 7-day trial, then custom Enterprise pricing. A mid-size Shopify brand can't just buy it.
  • ChatGPT-focused shopping. The shopping feature centers on ChatGPT Shopping. It doesn't track Alexa for Shopping or Sparky.
  • Heavy to run. Per third-party reviews, the data can feel overwhelming without a full-time owner.

Pricing: free 7-day trial (50 prompts daily, no exports), then Enterprise (custom).
Best for: large retailers and brands selling through many merchants.

3. Peec AI: best for catalog-based SKU tracking on a budget

Peec AI dashboard

Peec AI launched AI Shopping Analytics on June 17, 2026. It tracks visibility, win rate, position, the price AI mentions and competing brands for each SKU.

You connect your catalog three ways: paste your Shopify store domain, upload a Google Merchant Center feed, or use a CSV. That's the cleanest catalog setup we found.

Peec also added an Ads page in July and AI Referrals in September, which shows GA4 sessions, conversions and revenue by AI assistant. Zalando and Hugo Boss are customers.

What we like

  • Catalog in minutes. The Shopify and Merchant Center connections mean you don't build a product list by hand.
  • More than ChatGPT. Its shopping page covers ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.
  • Revenue next to visibility. AI Referrals puts GA4 revenue by assistant next to your shopping data.
  • Unlimited seats. Ecommerce, SEO and brand teams can all log in.

Where it falls short

  • Three engines per plan. Every self-serve tier caps you at three engines.
  • Unclear plan limits. The pricing page lists AI Shopping, but not which tier includes it or how many products you can track. Ask before you buy.
  • It stops at insight. Actions suggests fixes, but there's no content writing, publishing or outreach.

Pricing: Starter about $95/month (50 prompts). Pro about $245/month (150 prompts).
Best for: DTC brands that want SKU tracking from their existing product feed.

4. Goodie: best for Amazon and Walmart AI assistants

Goodie dashboard

Goodie is the rare tool that tracks retail AI assistants. The Pro plan adds Amazon's Alexa for Shopping and Walmart's Sparky, alongside Gemini and SKU-level commerce visibility.

That matters more every month. Amazon retired Rufus in May 2026 and put Alexa for Shopping in its main search bar, per CNBC. Walmart's CEO has said Sparky users spend 40% more per order.

Goodie also includes a strategist on its brand plans, so it works more like a tool plus service.

What we like

  • Retail assistants. Alexa for Shopping and Sparky sit next to ChatGPT, AI Mode and Perplexity in one dashboard.
  • SKU-level commerce data. Pro tracks products, not just the brand.
  • A human in the loop. Every brand plan comes with strategist support.
  • Content and revenue. It has an AEO writer, agent analytics and revenue attribution with GA4.

Where it falls short

  • Retail and SKU tracking cost $999. The $399 Core plan covers five engines without Gemini, Alexa or Sparky.
  • Claude and Grok need Enterprise. So do API and MCP access.
  • Few public reviews. It's hard to find independent user feedback yet.

Pricing: Core $399/month (120 prompts, 5 models, 7-day trial). Pro $999/month (250 prompts, 8 models incl. Alexa and Sparky).
Best for: brands that sell heavily on Amazon and Walmart.

5. AthenaHQ: best for Shopify stores

AthenaHQ dashboard

AthenaHQ shipped Shopping Pages in August 2026. It builds product pages from reusable templates and syncs your Shopify catalog automatically, so prices and stock stay current.

That's a different idea from the SKU trackers above. It's about giving AI engines clean, current product pages to read.

The same release added ChatGPT Ads reporting and tracking in 185 markets, down to city level.

What we like

  • Shopify catalog sync. Product pages update when your prices and inventory change.
  • 11 engines on Starter. Claude, Grok and Meta AI are included, which most tools charge extra for.
  • A free tier. 300 credits are enough to test it on your category.
  • Strong reviews. G2 rates it 4.9, and reviewers praise the Action Center and support.

Where it falls short

  • Credits go fast. One credit is one AI response, so 3,600 credits across 11 engines works out to roughly 10 prompts a day.
  • Ads reporting is Enterprise. The ChatGPT Ads tab is on Enterprise and Agency plans only.
  • Less product-level tracking. Shopping Pages build pages. They don't show SKU position and price the way Peec or Profound do.

Pricing: free tier (300 credits). Starter $295/month (3,600 credits, 11 engines).
Best for: Shopify brands that want AI-ready product pages.

6. LLM Pulse: best for tracking many shopping surfaces

LLM Pulse dashboard

LLM Pulse captures the products ChatGPT recommends, with title, price, rating, merchant and review count, tied back to the prompt.

It keeps adding surfaces. Alexa for Shopping is a paid add-on, Walmart Sparky is available through sales since September 1, 2026, and Copilot product listings joined the shopping view on September 14.

It's a small, bootstrapped European team that ships updates almost weekly.

What we like

  • Wide shopping coverage. ChatGPT, Copilot listings, Alexa and Sparky, more retail surfaces than most tools here.
  • Merchant and review data. Each product shows its merchant, rating and review count.
  • Ads too. AI paid ads tracking and a ChatGPT Ads Library sit on the same plan as shopping.
  • Cheap entry. Starter is €49 a month with unlimited team members.

Where it falls short

  • Shopping starts at Scale. You need the €299 plan, which updates weekly. Daily Scale is €449.
  • Weekly by default. Shopping results move fast, and the cheaper plans only refresh once a week.
  • Thin reviews. One G2 review and one Capterra review, so there's little outside feedback.

Pricing: Starter €49/month (weekly, 50 prompts). Scale €299/month weekly or €449 daily (450 prompts, shopping and ads).
Best for: brands that sell across Amazon, Walmart and ChatGPT and want one view.

7. Promptwatch: best for shopping and ads in one plan

Promptwatch dashboard

Promptwatch added Shopping Insights for ChatGPT products in May 2026 and Ads Radar in July. Both sit on the Business plan.

It also has crawler logs, Search Console data and a Content Agent on every plan, and a WordPress plugin.

It's an Amsterdam company that raised a €6M seed in July 2026, with Duolingo among its customers.

What we like

  • Shopping and ads together. See product recommendations and the advertisers on the same prompts.
  • Crawler logs. Check that AI bots can reach your product and category pages.
  • Content included. The Content Agent writes articles from your gaps.
  • Fast shipping. It released something new almost every month in 2026.

Where it falls short

  • Shopping costs $579. Essential and Professional don't include it.
  • Four models per plan. You pick 4 of its 9 engines, and there's no Copilot.
  • Content needs editing. Reviewers say generated drafts need a heavy pass.

Pricing: Essential $95/month. Business $579/month (350 prompts, shopping and Ads Radar).
Best for: growing ecommerce teams that want shopping, ads and content in one tool.

8. Scrunch: best for seeing which retailers AI sends shoppers to

Scrunch dashboard

Scrunch has a Shopping view that shows which of your products appear in AI shopping results, how their rank changes, and your share against rival brands.

Its retailer landscape shows which stores AI sends buyers to. Skims is among its customers.

Sitecore acquired Scrunch in June 2026. All seven engines, including Claude and Meta AI, are on every plan.

What we like

  • Retailer landscape. Useful when resellers and marketplaces outrank your own store.
  • Query-level detail. See which prompts bring up which products.
  • Engines on every plan. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, AI Mode, AI Overviews and Meta AI.
  • AI-ready pages. AXP serves AI-optimized versions of your pages to bots.

Where it falls short

  • Shopping isn't on the pricing page. It's not clear which plan includes it, so ask during the trial.
  • It diagnoses, it doesn't fix. There's no content or outreach, and AXP can turn into an engineering project.
  • No catalog or feed connection is documented, unlike Peec or AthenaHQ.

Pricing: Starter $250/month billed yearly (350 prompts). Growth $417/month billed yearly. 7-day free trial.
Best for: brands sold through many retailers.

9. Brandlight: best for enterprise CPG and the AI shelf

Brandlight dashboard

Brandlight sells Commerce, its "AI Shelf" product, to big consumer brands. It tracks SKU placement in AI shopping recommendations and the trigger keywords that turn on shopping results in your category.

It also watches your product listings at retailers like Target and Walmart. Customers include LG, Estée Lauder and Kimberly-Clark.

Brandlight raised a $30M Series A in February 2026 and added an AI Ads product.

What we like

  • Built for CPG. Product, retailer and review signals sit in one view.
  • Trigger keywords. Find the prompts that set off shopping tiles in your category.
  • Multi-engine. ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Perplexity.
  • Enterprise ready. SOC 2 Type II, multi-region and multi-language.

Where it falls short

  • No public pricing. It starts with a paid three-month pilot. Third-party estimates run $4,000 to $15,000 a month (unverified).
  • Slow to start. Reviewers mention 30 to 90 day onboarding.
  • Insight, not action. You'll still need an agency or team to act on it.

Pricing: custom, starting with a paid pilot.
Best for: Fortune 500 consumer brands.

10. Evertune: best for ChatGPT ads and affiliate reach

Evertune dashboard

Evertune isn't a shopping tracker. It measures brand-level AI visibility with heavy sampling, then helps you buy your way into the conversations you're missing.

Its Ads Agent runs ChatGPT ad campaigns, AI Retargeting reaches people after they leave the chat, and Partner Connect with impact.com lets you run affiliate deals with the sites AI cites.

Consumer brands like Absolute Collagen and Halo Collar are customers.

What we like

  • Ads built on GEO data. It targets the prompts where you don't appear organically.
  • Affiliate angle. Partner Connect ties AI citations to affiliate partnerships, which retail teams already understand.
  • Statistical sampling. Each prompt runs 100 times per model, so scores are steadier.
  • 11 models on Pro. Including Claude, Copilot, DeepSeek and Meta AI.

Where it falls short

  • No product-level tracking. It measures your brand, not your SKUs or prices.
  • $800 to start, no trial. It's a big commitment for a mid-size store.
  • No independent reviews. Its G2 profile has no reviews yet.

Pricing: Pro $800/month (11 models, 25 articles). Enterprise custom.
Best for: brands with paid media budgets moving into ChatGPT ads.

Why AI shopping visibility matters now

  • AI shoppers buy more. In March 2026, AI traffic to US retailers converted 42% better and brought 37% more revenue per visit than other traffic, per Adobe via TechCrunch.
  • Retail assistants are the default. Amazon replaced Rufus with Alexa for Shopping in May 2026 and put it in the main search bar. Walmart's CEO has said Sparky users spend 40% more per order.
  • ChatGPT is a shopping channel. OpenAI moved from Instant Checkout to product discovery in March 2026, and merchants now share product feeds. ChatGPT ads went from a US test in January to more than 60 countries by September.
  • Many product pages can't be read. Adobe found about 34% of product pages can't be properly accessed by AI.

What to look for in an ecommerce AI visibility tool

  • Product-level tracking. Brand mentions aren't enough. You need to know which SKUs appear, at what position and at what price.
  • Price and policy accuracy. Wrong prices, return windows and shipping costs in AI answers cost sales. Look for fact checks against your own data.
  • Merchant data. See whether AI sends shoppers to your store, Amazon or a reseller.
  • Review and UGC sources. Product answers lean on review sites, roundups, Reddit and YouTube. You need to see which ones name competitors and not you.
  • Ads. ChatGPT ads now sit next to organic answers. Know who's buying your prompts.
  • Revenue. Tie AI visibility to GA4 revenue, or it's a vanity metric.

Which AI visibility tool should your ecommerce brand choose?

  • You're an enterprise retailer selling through many merchants: Profound.
  • You sell mostly on Amazon and Walmart: Goodie, or LLM Pulse on a smaller budget.
