Trakkr is a solid AI visibility tracker. You get 8 models on every plan, daily checks, and a white-label client portal on Scale. Its 2026 changelog shows a team that ships almost every week.
The reasons people look elsewhere are just as consistent. Every self-serve plan stops at 50 prompts per brand, the jump from one brand at $100 to ten brands at $500 has nothing in between, and Trakkr's own docs say it sends prompts to the model providers' APIs rather than reading the answers people see in ChatGPT or Google.
If one of those is your problem, here are 10 Trakkr alternatives and what each one does better or worse. Checked September 2026.
Disclosure: Orchly is our product, and it's on this list. We've run most of these tools ourselves, some notes come from customers who moved over from them, and the rest come from G2 and published reviews. Every tool gets its good and bad points here, Orchly included.

1. Orchly: best Trakkr alternative to track real AI answers and act on them
Orchly is an agentic AI search optimization platform. It tracks how you show up in AI answers and on Google, and then its agents write the content, send the outreach and flag the site fixes.
The biggest difference from Trakkr is where the data comes from. Orchly captures answers from the actual ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews interfaces every day, not from a model API.
That matters more than it sounds. A Surfer study found that API answers and scraped interface answers shared only 15.5% to 23.8% of the same brands, and the ChatGPT interface cited about four times as many sources.
Tracking built on what buyers actually see
- Real interface answers. ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews are included on every plan. Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude and Grok are add-ons, and AI Mode is one Trakkr doesn't cover at all.
- More prompts per dollar on Pro. Pro tracks 100 prompts for $125 a month. Trakkr tracks 50 per brand at every self-serve tier.
- Prompts sorted the way you plan. Each prompt is tagged branded or non-branded and by intent, and prompt research suggests new ones for your category.
Citations you can work from
- Every cited page. The Citations tab groups sources by URL or domain, content type and frequency, and shows whether your brand is named.
- Mention Gap. Orchly reads each cited page and lists the ones that name your competitors but not you. That list is your outreach plan.
- Fact check against your own facts. AI claims about pricing, products and policies are compared with your Brand Brain and marked Supported or Contradicted.
Google data next to AI data
Trakkr added a Search Console connection in June 2026. Orchly goes further on the Google side, with daily keyword rank tracking by country and device, plus Search Console and GA4 clicks, conversions and revenue in the same workspace.
Agents that do the follow-up
Trakkr has article credits, a site audit and publishing to connected sites. Orchly's agents add outreach from your own inbox to that loop, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
- Content Agent. Turns lost prompts and decaying pages into article and refresh tasks, drafts them in your brand voice, and publishes to WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Wix, Sanity or Ghost.
- Activation Agent. Finds the sites, Reddit threads and YouTube videos AI cites, drafts outreach, and sends it from your Gmail, Zoho or SMTP inbox.
- Site Health Agent. Audits your pages for technical SEO and AI search issues, ranks them by priority, and suggests the fix.
Where Orchly falls short
- Fewer engines included. Trakkr includes Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI on every plan. On Orchly, Gemini, AI Mode, Claude and Grok are paid add-ons, and there's no DeepSeek or Meta AI.
- Smaller agency footprint. Pro covers 3 sites, and white-label applies to reports, not a fully branded app on your own domain like Trakkr's Scale portal.
Pricing: Essential $49/month (25 prompts, 1 site, 1 user). Pro $125/month (100 prompts, 3 sites, 5 users, AI traffic analytics, white-label reports, API). Enterprise custom. 7-day free trial.
Best for: teams that want interface-accurate AI tracking, Google data and agents that write, publish and pitch, in one place.
See Orchly pricing or start a free trial.
2. Peec AI: best for teams that need unlimited seats
Peec AI is the tool most Trakkr users compare it with first. It tracks prompts daily, reads answers from the engine interfaces, and gives every plan unlimited users.
Where Trakkr gives you 3 seats on Growth, Peec lets the whole marketing team and your agency log in. It has grown fast, with more than 2,500 customers and over $10M in ARR by May 2026, including Attio, Wix and ElevenLabs.
It kept shipping in September 2026, adding AI Referrals from GA4 on September 11 and a Brand Perception view with attributes, objections and fact checks.
Why switch from Trakkr
- Unlimited users. No seat math, even on Starter.
- Interface answers. Peec scrapes the engines' interfaces rather than calling the model APIs.
- More room on the mid tier. Pro tracks 150 prompts and Advanced tracks 350, so you aren't capped at 50.
Where it falls short
- 3 models per plan. You pick 3 engines from ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Copilot, Gemini and Perplexity. Claude and Grok are premium upgrades on higher tiers or Enterprise.
- You still do the work. Its Actions feature scores source opportunities, but there's no content creation, publishing or outreach.
- No Google data. No rank tracking, Search Console data or keyword volume.
Pricing: Starter about €85/month (50 prompts), Pro about €205 (150), Advanced about €425 (350). 7-day trial.
Best for: teams that want clean daily tracking and seats for everyone.
3. SE Visible: best for several brands on a budget
SE Visible is SE Ranking's standalone AI visibility tool. Its Basic plan covers 200 prompts across 3 brands for $99, which fills the gap Trakkr leaves between one brand and ten.
It checks ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode, Perplexity and AI Overviews daily, with unlimited seats. SE Ranking also added an AI results section to its Report Builder in July 2026.
Agencies can pair it with SE Ranking's Agency Pack for a white-label platform on their own domain, much like Trakkr's Scale portal.
Why switch from Trakkr
- A plan for 3 to 10 brands. Core covers 5 brands and Plus covers 10, at roughly $33 to $38 per brand.
- AI Mode included. Trakkr doesn't track AI Mode at all.
- Full SEO suite nearby. Keyword tracking, audits and backlinks live in SE Ranking.
Where it falls short
- Engine gaps. Claude is still listed as coming soon, and there's no Grok, DeepSeek or Copilot.
- Two products to stitch together. White-label lives in SE Ranking's Agency Pack, not in SE Visible itself.
- Tracking only. It doesn't write content or run outreach.
Pricing: Basic $99/month (200 prompts, 3 brands), Core $189 (450 prompts, 5 brands), Plus $355 (1,000 prompts, 10 brands). 20% off yearly. 10-day trial.
Best for: agencies and teams tracking 3 to 10 brands.
4. Otterly.AI: best budget alternative
Otterly.AI starts at $29 a month, a third of Trakkr's Growth plan. It's often the first tool a small team tries.
It includes ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot, with unlimited seats and daily checks in more than 60 countries. In 2026 it added sentiment, recommendations, an API and MCP, a Claude add-on in June and agent analytics bot logs in August.
Why switch from Trakkr
- Much cheaper to start. Lite is $29 for 15 prompts.
- Copilot included. Trakkr doesn't track Copilot.
- Unlimited seats and workspaces. Handy for agencies with many small clients.
Where it falls short
- Add-ons add up. AI Mode, Gemini and Claude cost extra, so all 7 engines on Standard come to about $416 a month.
- Big jump after Lite. The next plan is $189.
- No native white-label. Otterly says so plainly, and it doesn't create content or send outreach.
Pricing: Lite $29/month (15 prompts), Standard $189 (100), Premium $489 (400). 7-day trial.
Best for: small teams that want to start tracking cheaply.
5. Promptwatch: best for crawler logs and content in one tool
Promptwatch is the closest match to Trakkr in spirit. It combines prompt tracking with AI crawler logs, Search Console data and a content agent.
It shipped a lot in 2026: a Content Agent on all plans in July, a WordPress plugin in August and custom dashboards on September 22. It raised a €6M seed round in July 2026 and counts Duolingo among its customers.
Why switch from Trakkr
- Crawler logs on every plan. Even Essential includes 1,500 crawler log events.
- More prompts on the middle tier. Professional tracks 150 prompts and Business tracks 350.
- Shopping and ads. Business adds shopping tracking and Ads Radar.
Where it falls short
- 4 models per plan. You pick 4 engines per plan, and there's no Copilot. Trakkr gives you all 8 of its models.
- Seat limits. Essential has 1 seat and Professional has 2.
- Content needs editing. Reviewers say drafts need a human pass.
Pricing: Essential $95/month (50 prompts), Professional $245 (150), Business $579 (350). 7-day trial.
Best for: teams that want crawler data and content next to tracking.
6. AthenaHQ: best for the widest engine list
AthenaHQ tracks 11 models on its Starter plan, including Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI. If Trakkr's 8 feels narrow, this is the widest list here.
It's a YC company with customers like SoFi and Coinbase. In August 2026 it added Shopping Pages, ChatGPT Ads reporting and coverage for 185 markets.
Why switch from Trakkr
- 11 engines. Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral, plus Copilot on the free tier.
- A free tier. 300 credits across 5 engines, which Trakkr doesn't offer.
- Strong reviews. It holds a 4.9 on G2.
Where it falls short
- Credits burn fast. One credit is one response, so 3,600 credits across 11 engines is about 10 prompts a day. G2 reviewers mention using up a month's allocation in the first week.
- No mid tier. It jumps from Starter at $295 straight to Enterprise, and several features are Enterprise only.
Pricing: Free (300 credits). Starter $295/month (3,600 credits, 11 engines, unlimited seats). Enterprise custom.
Best for: teams that care most about engine coverage.
7. LLMrefs: best flat price for many engines
LLMrefs sells one plan for $79 a month with 10 engines, up to 500 prompts and unlimited seats and projects.
It works keyword-first. You enter about 50 keywords and it generates the prompts, then scores you with its LLMrefs Score. The $79 price is labeled limited time.
Why switch from Trakkr
- More prompts for less. Up to 500 prompts at $79, against 50 at $100.
- No per-brand pricing. Unlimited projects means several brands on one plan.
- Wide coverage. 10 engines with no add-on fees.
Where it falls short
- Weekly updates. Dashboards refresh weekly, not daily like Trakkr.
- Monitor only. No sentiment depth, no content and no fixes.
- Price may change. The current rate is promotional.
Pricing: $79/month, one plan. 7-day trial.
Best for: tracking many prompts and engines on a small budget.
8. Rankscale: best pay-as-you-go tracker
Rankscale is credit-based. You buy credits and spend them across 17+ engines, and you set how often each prompt runs.
In September 2026 its pricing page cut the credit cost of most engines to 0.25 per run, which stretches a plan further.
Why switch from Trakkr
- Cheap to start. Essentials starts at $20 a month.
- More engines. 17+ engines, more than twice Trakkr's 8.
- Cadence you control. Run key prompts often and the rest less.
Where it falls short
- Credit math. Costs depend on engines and cadence, so budgets are harder to predict than Trakkr's flat plans.
- Sparse reporting. Dashboards are basic, with no real client reporting layer.
- No execution. No content, outreach or site fixes.
Pricing: Essentials from $20/month, Pro $99 (1,200 credits), Growth $385, Enterprise $780.
Best for: technical teams that want raw data at low cost.
9. Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit: best if you already use Semrush
Semrush sells its AI Visibility Toolkit for $99 per domain a month, billed yearly. It tracks ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini and Perplexity next to the SEO data you may already pay for.
Adobe closed its Semrush acquisition in April 2026, and a Claude connector followed in August.
Why switch from Trakkr
- Prompt research with volume. A database of 261M+ prompts helps you pick what to track.
- SEO data in the same place. Keywords, backlinks and an AI site audit.
- AI Mode included. Through Google AI coverage.
Where it falls short
- 25 prompts per domain. Half of Trakkr's 50, and extra packs cost $60 per 50.
- Fewer engines. No Claude, Grok or DeepSeek below Enterprise.
- Diagnosis only. It points to gaps but doesn't write or send anything.
Pricing: $99/month per domain, billed yearly. Extra users from $45/month.
Best for: teams already inside Semrush.
10. Profound: best for enterprise brands
Profound is where teams go when they outgrow Trakkr and have an enterprise budget. It raised a $180M Series D at a $1.8B valuation on September 15, 2026.
In mid September 2026 it dropped its self-serve plans. Brands now get a free 7-day trial and then a custom Enterprise contract.
Why switch from Trakkr
- Enterprise depth. 9 engines including AI Mode and Copilot, unlimited seats, API and SSO.
- Interface capture. Profound captures answers from the front end, not the model APIs.
- More than tracking. AI Marketer agents, agent analytics from CDN logs, shopping and a prompt volumes panel.
Where it falls short
- No self-serve plan. You can't buy it without a sales process.
- No Google SEO tools. No rank tracker, keyword research or site audit.
Pricing: free 7-day trial, then custom Enterprise pricing.
Best for: large brands with an enterprise budget.
What changed at Trakkr in 2026
Trakkr is not standing still, so check whether your reason to leave is still true. Its changelog shows:
- January. A big relaunch with Content Studio, automated workflows, an Agent assistant and API v2.
- April. A Create workspace for content, publishing to connected sites and live site updates from its Optimize audit.
- June. Accuracy checks, an MCP server, an OpenAI Ads connection, a Search Console connection and scheduled client reports.
- August and September. An Actions desk for weekly priorities, and on September 8, white-label portals became included with Scale instead of a separate charge.
What didn't change: 50 prompts per brand on every self-serve plan, answers pulled from model APIs, and no AI Mode or Copilot.
When to stay with Trakkr
- You need many engines on a flat bill. 8 models on every plan, including Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI, is hard to match at $100.
- You resell AI visibility under your brand. The Scale portal runs on your domain, sends emails from it, and shows no Trakkr branding.
- 50 prompts per brand is enough. For focused monitoring of one product line, it often is.
Which Trakkr alternative should you choose?
- You want answers from the real interfaces, Google data and agents that act on the gaps: Orchly.
- You need unlimited seats and clean daily tracking: Peec AI.
- You track 3 to 10 brands and want a lower cost per brand: SE Visible.
- You want the most engines or the most prompts per dollar: AthenaHQ or LLMrefs.
